Certificate III in Children’s Services

This qualification is ideally suited to people who wish to gain knowledge and theory on how to use organisational policies, procedures and individual children’s profiles to plan activities, provide care for children, and provide activities that encourage developmental growth.

Successful completion of this qualification may lead to further study such as the Diploma of Children’s Services and/or employment in the child care sector as a Child Care Assistant, Family Day Carer, Nanny and Out of School Hours Care Assistant. This course begins in April and ends in November 2010. Classes will be held twice a week Tuesdays & Thursdays, 9.15 am - 3.15 pm.

There are a limited number of funded and concession places available and preference will be given to people who attend the course information session.
