funded place or a concession fee. Government funding is available to Australian residents, who are up-skilling.

That’s why from 1 January 2023 government subsided places are available regardless of whether you already have a higher qualification.

To be eligible for Skills First funding, a student must be:
• an Australian citizen or permanent resident, or a New Zealand citizen
• physically present in Victoria when they’re doing training and assessment.
