Day Time 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Start Date 14 June 2019 Finish Date 14 June 2019 Duration one day/half day Venue Park Orchards

Ideal for those seeking work or working in the hospitality industry, intending to start their own restaurant/take away business, working with children/ aged care workers, school canteens, people selling food at markets. All assessments completed in class on the day.

This course is Nationally Recognized for the Hospitality/Retail, Community and Health Services and Food Processing industries. Each industry requires its own certificate, please state which industry you are seeking. If you are unsure please call us on 9876 4381.

Level 1 For Basic Food Handlers (for all staff)  - 9am - 1pm
Hospitality and Retail - Use hygienic practices for food safety – SITXFSA001
Community and Health - Follow Basic Food Safety Practices – HLTFSE001
Food Processing - Follow Work Procedures to Maintain Food Safety – FBPFSY1001

Food Safety Supervisors Training – One Day Course 9am- 5.30pm
(If Level 1 has been completed, you may enrol in level 2 only 1.30pm-5.30pm)
Food Safety Supervisor Hospitality SITXFSA001 and SITXFSA002
Food Safety Supervisor Food Processing - FDFFS1001A and FDFFFS2001A
Food Safety Supervisor Health - HLTFSE001 and HLTFSE005 and HLTFSE007 (required for Aged Care, Childcare and Hospitals)
