Learn the art of making traditional French pastries.
Topics covered in this workshop include:
- Learn how to make the dough
- Learn the art of the fold, as well as key tips and tricks
- Learning how to roll the perfect croissant
- Learn how to prove and cook the pastries at home
You will be making croissants, pain au chocolat (chocolate croissants), danishes and escargot.
