Join Marleina to move and tone your body! This class focusses on glutes/hips, core and cardio to improve you hip mobility, core strength and cardiovascular fitness. Incorporating bodyweight as well as resistance band exercises, you will feel energised and stronger in everyday activities.
Bring your own mat, towel, water bottle and (small) resistance band and get ready to see and feel real results!
This class will be online until we can resume face to face classes.
About your instructor:
With 13 years’ industry experience, Marleina is a qualified fitness professional with a passion for healthy living and achieving personal growth and success for clients and students alike.
Alongside a firm belief that everyone (whether naturally active or not) can enjoy a healthier, happier version of themselves, Marleina actively encourages people of all ages and fitness levels to improve their personal wellbeing; through exercise and nutrition.
