Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi, based on the philosophy of Tai Chi, is designed to improve general health and wellbeing. It is easy to learn and the beautiful flowing routine is both a joy to do and deeply relaxing.
*Gentle rocking and stretching movements improve circulation and digestion.
*Chest moves with controlled breathing are good for lung conditions.
*Reduces mental stress and physical tension carried in the muscles of the body.
*Can be done sitting or standing.
