A gentle yet effective full body activation for mature adults. This class offers a fun range of movements, combining strengthening and stretching. The program will increase flexibility, range of motion and balance leading to greater comfort and wellbeing.
Every class includes easy-to-follow movement patterns which help to improve cognitive function, and will end with a guided meditation leaving you relaxed and centred.
The program consists of standing and seated movements, all of which can be done seated if required, and is inclusive of all levels of ability. It is also suitable for individuals with movement restrictions, chronic illness, or for those recovering from an illness or injuries.
This class will be online until we can resume face to face classes.
About your tutor:
Hi I'm Sabine! I am an integrative movement practitioner, working with people who want to live a wholehearted, embodied life and engage with the community in a conscious, mindful way.
I am a teacher and student who remains curious, stepping into each class with enthusiasm. My intent is to help participants of any age and ability to integrate body, mind and heart through joyful movement, to leave my class feeling good, having experienced a sense of freedom, joy and vitality.
