With 13 years’ industry experience, Marleina is a qualified fitness professional with a passion for healthy living and achieving personal growth and success for clients and students alike.
Alongside a firm belief that everyone (whether naturally active or not) can enjoy a healthier, happier version of themselves, Marleina actively encourages people of all ages and fitness levels to improve their personal wellbeing; through exercise and nutrition.
