Learn a variety of different exercises designed to improve flexibility and joint mobility as well as all over body strength using resistance bands and your own body weight.  There is a focus on developing core strength, stability and protection of the pelvic floor.  

Enhance your fitness and wellbeing by improving your strength so everyday tasks become easier.
