Tai Chi is a form of exercise that uses slow, smooth body movements to relax both body and mind. Regular practise of Tai Chi has been shown to help reduce stress and anxiety.
This class is suitable for all levels; our experienced tutor Janice is welcoming and encouraging. Janice has been instructing in the martial arts since mid 1990's and for the last 15 years have been teaching Tai Chi only.
Janice says “I love teaching as it gives me great joy in seeing people achieve their goals, be it relaxation, flexibility, balance or just plain enjoyment in clearing their mind and being at one with the movements.”
