Yoga and Mindfulness for teens helps improve focus and self-awareness. In this class, we explore breath, postures and meditation. It not only helps build strength and body awareness, but also skills to reduce stress and anxiety. 

This class with Tahlia is best suited for 12 - 16 year olds.
