This positive class with Kym has a focus on developing a stronger core to improve your posture and back health. Develop body awareness whilst building strength and flexibility with flowing and static postures.
This 60 minute class includes relaxation and breathing practices to calm the mind and ease away tension.
This class will commence when we can resume face to face classes.
About your instructor:
Kym completed her training with Yogaworks and has been teaching since 2016. Her focus is on a combination of flowing Vinyasa style practice and a Hatha based style with a focus on core strength. She welcomes beginners in her classes as she remembers her first yoga class and how transformative it was and wants others to have this experience and to fall in love with this beautiful practice.
Kym brings a lightness, sense of humour and warmth to her classes and in every session you will have an opportunity to practice gently or at a more challenging level, depending on your experience and how you feel on the day.
