Yoga and Mindfulness helps to improve focus, mobility and develop self-awareness. In these classes we practice Hatha Yoga which involves exploration of breath, postures and meditation to nourish overall wellbeing.
These classes have a particular focus on relaxation, and practices to reduce stress and anxiety. All of our classes aim to be inclusive and allow you the space to be as you need to be.
This 60 minute class includes relaxation and breathing practices to calm the mind and ease away tension.
About your instructor:
Reika provides a safe and encouraging space to connect with body, breath and mind, has completed her Hatha Yoga 300hr Teacher Training Diploma with Bhava Yoga and Dance.
Reika has a deep love for nature and singing, and this reflects in Reika’s warm and gentle teaching style. Classes include Yoga Nidra (Relaxation Meditation), Pranayama (Breathing Techniques), Asana (Physical Postures) and Meditation. Creating a space to quiet the mind, open the heart, and connect with self.
