These classes with Kate aim to be suitable for all levels as she aims to have a warm and inclusive atmosphere. Participants are encouraged through mindful movement practices to tune in to their unique bodies, notice how they are feeling on any particular day and to respond accordingly.
Classes include a combination of flowing and static shapes to assist in building strength and flexibility. Breathing, relaxation and mindfulness techniques aim to leave you feeling calm and centred, refreshed and renewed.
