Classes with Kate have a warm and inclusive atmosphere. With a focus on gentle movement, breathing, relaxation and mindfulness techniques you will feel more calm and centered, refreshed and renewed while sitting on the chair.
Participants are encouraged through mindful movement practices to tune in to their unique bodies, notice how they are feeling on any particular day and to respond accordingly.
About your instructor:
Kate genuinely loves helping others to rediscover the connection between their mind, body and breath so that they are more mindful of the way they are moving through their day to day life. She believes Yoga helps people to honour and respect their bodies, to feel good about themselves and to appreciate and love what they have. Empowering people to have a fuller range of movement, increased flexibility and strength as they age.
