Pilates is the perfect way to set up the foundations to focus on optimal technique & movement patterns. It builds up core strength, promotes better posture, muscle control & works on your flexibility within the body.
Jesslyn's classes focus on all of these key areas whilst also learning how to connect with your breath for a total mind, body and spirit experience. No prior experience is needed as she offers modifications during the class to meet all student's abilities & needs.
This class will be online until we can resume face to face classes.
About your instructor:
Jesslyn's dynamic yet soft presence coupled with her knowledge & sensitivity leads you through a practice that is genuine, personally rewarding & well rounded in every aspect. She completed her Certificate in Contemporary Pilates & Teaching Methodology at Tensegrity Training, gaining valuable insight, knowledge & teaching experience
She has been practicing, studying & teaching yoga in Australia & around the world for the past 2 decades, completing her first 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in India 15 years ago & has continued to further her knowledge & skills by undertaking a variety of other yoga teacher trainings in Yin, Restorative, Vinyasa, Iyengar, Pre/Postnatal & Kid's Yoga.
