This new
program is a welcoming space for men to build fitness, confidence, and
connection in a supportive environment.
Sessions
combine beginner-friendly strength training and High Intensity Interval
Training (HIIT) circuits with practical wellbeing information and conversations
focused on health, nutrition, and wellbeing.
Led by a
qualified trainer and wellbeing coach, this program is designed to support both
physical and mental wellbeing in a relaxed, supportive setting.
No fitness
experience is needed, just come along and move at your own pace.
Fees
$170 special offer of $120 during term 3 (thanks to Manningham City Council funding)
