This is a low impact class, suitable for all ages and perfect for beginners!
You will learn basic Belly Dance moves to hypnotic and invigorating beats from the Middle East. This class offers the chance to increase your energy, improve your metabolism, improve your cardiovascular system, tone your body, increase fitness and stamina levels, plus so much more.
Most of all, it will leave you smiling! ‘Yalla’ let’s shimmy!!
This class will be online until we can resume face to face classes.
About your instructor:
Pamela is a Professional Belly Dancer and a Belly Dance teacher, with over 20 years experience. As a belly dance teacher she finds it truly humbling and rewarding to teach such a graceful, elegant, dynamic and vivacious dance style. Empowering women from all walks of life and from a diverse range of cultures, ages, shapes and sizes, including ‘Belly Babes’, little girls under five years of age. She loves to see the student’s inner beauty shine and their self-confidence grow, as they become familiar with this ancient style of dance that combines the joy of body, soul and spirit.
