Yoga and Mindfulness helps to improve focus and self-awareness. In these classes we practice Hatha Yoga which involves exploration of breath, postures and meditation.
These classes have a particular focus on learning skills to reduce stress and anxiety. Great to do before dinner to set you up for the evening ahead.
This wonderful, inclusive class with Tahlia is suitable for all levels. Children over 12 are welcome to book in with a parent.
This class will be online until we can resume face to face classes.
About your instructor:
Yoga with Tahlia provides a safe and encouraging space to connect with body, breath and mind. Tahlia has completed her Hatha Yoga 300hr Teacher Training Diploma with Bhava Yoga and Dance. She has also completed her 50hr Yoga Anatomy Teacher Training in 2020. A session with Tahlia involves Yoga Nidra, Asana, and Meditation. A class includes relaxation, breathwork, meditation and postures that create strength, flexibility, and a greater range of movement in the body.
