About your Instructor
Virginia has been teaching Hatha Yoga for many years, her holistic style incorporates breathing practices, postures, mudras and bandhas, visualization and relaxation. In the postures, she gives different suggestions from softer to stronger intensity. She encourages an attitude of listening to our bodies and finding a place of extending ourselves but with no strain. Each session is completed with deep relaxation, which unites everything we’ve done within the class together.
