Combine strength, fitness and balance training while making friends and having fun. This class is designed for older members of the community.
This class will involve resistance exercises, while developing self-confidence, flexibility and cardio health.
About your instructor:
Allan is a local community member who has lots of experience taking adult fitness classes.
