Tai Chi is a form of exercise that uses slow, smooth body movements to relax both body and mind. Regular practise of Tai Chi has been shown to help reduce stress and anxiety.
This class is suitable for all levels; our experienced tutors are welcoming and encouraging.
This class will be online until we can resume face to face classes.
