Mindfulness Meditation Course
Each session focuses on a key mindfulness theme, breathing techniques, light exercise and a guided meditation practice designed to reduce stress and anxiety.
Benefits of meditation include:
- decreased stress
- more energy
- greater mental clarity
- improved sense of wellbeing
This program will be held online via Zoom. You are welcome to sit or lie however it is most comfortable for you.
About your tutor:
Hi I'm Sabine! I am an integrative movement practitioner, working with people who want to live a wholehearted, embodied life and engage with the community in a conscious, mindful way.
I am a teacher and student who remains curious, stepping into each class with enthusiasm. My intent is to help participants of any age and ability to integrate body, mind and heart through joyful movement, to leave my class feeling good, having experienced a sense of freedom, joy and vitality.
